Rain, Rain, Go Away
I think we’re in a weather funk.
Forecast – rain, rain, rain, rain and, just to be on the safe side, more rain.
Outdoor fun over a three-day weekend?
Forget about it.
A cookout on the 4th of July?
Forget about it.
Mowing the lawn?
Forget about it – not that it’s a bad thing, mind you.
The rain is forcing me to keep my windows closed at home so I don’t have to deal with the Great Flood on my floors, but at least the temperatures are comfortable enough that the house isn’t hot.
Still, it would be nice to see a day or two of sunshine without any threatening clouds hanging in our midst.
Can ya help us out, Mother Nature?
